RELIABILITY OF OUR PRODUCTS 

Our organization which defines the tire other than its known definition as �RUBBER AIR CUSHION WHICH CARRIES THE LIFE ON IT� has defined its processes, established its QMS and awarded with ISO 9001: 2000 Certificate in order to reach its defined objectives in line with our vision, mission and quality policy.
    Our organization, which has been carrying out its activities by implementing preventive actions in a proactive approach conception in lieu of taking corrective actions, has identified the critical steps of our processes and has taken necessary measures for the reliability of its products starting from incoming material control and also including shipment and services after shipment.    
    Our managers leading the organization and providing required resources, our approved supply chain, our equipped laboratory, automation in mixing, tire building and curing operations; quality technicians and shift inspectors for quality control; �internal customer concept� between producing stations and as the most important of top these, our operators working with �outgoing product quality is my responsibility� mentality are the crucial assets for the product assurance.
    We adopted P.D.C.A. (Plan-Do-Check-Act) concept in process control and are applying �Continuous Improvement System (CIS)� to our processes.
    Within the Statistical Process Control (SPC) methodology, to be able to measure effectiveness of our processes and evaluate the process capabilities (Cp), critical performance parameters have been identified. These parameters are measured at the defined frequencies, results are monitored and evaluated on regular basis and necessary precautions taken accordingly, improvement program setup as required.
